Where I Stood
Thanks to the inspiration of my friend Janet, I figured out how to post this video! Mckena competed her solo again last week at a dance competition, and she took a GOLD ranking, (which is the highest I might proudly add.) She really wished I would have taped the first comp, because she feels like she danced it better. I have a hard time, taping her because I get nervous and like to watch! This time she had a slight costume malfunction, (her bra was falling off, oops minor detail) and was a bit distracted! She was mostly frustrated that she did not hit her aerial! :( But overall, I am still so proud of her and think she did a great job! So I hope you enjoy watching her dance to "Where I Stood."

YAY!! You posted it...good job Wendy. You're like me, I get nervous too and hate watching her dance thru a viewfinder so I usually go twice haha Once to watch, once to tape. I loved it, she's so cute...with it so black it looked magical like she was a little miniature in box! I love lyricals!

Wow. I always knew Mckena was a great dancer, but I am blown away! I just watched it twice...she is beautiful and so, so graceful. I am so impressed...it was flawless! She is an amazing dancer - those long arms and legs, oh, I just can't get over it...thanks for sharing - it seems lately at competitions when we're not right next to those older girls we don't get to see them dance as much. I'm looking forward to the recital!
She is a beautiful dancer!!! I loved watching her solo!! You can see her emotion in every move! She is so passionate about it and it is seriously beautiful!!! Tell her she is amazing!!
